The Healthy Lifestyle By Design workshop is an educational & interactive group experience that will take place at the Palm  Restaurant located in The Westin Buckhead Hotel. The Healthy Lifestyle by Design Workshop will include a deliciously healthy lunch.
This workshop includes powerful tools and resources to help you stay motivated and engaged so that you can feel more energized, happier and healthier as you implement these tool to transform your life. You will also get an opportunity to have a practice session utilizing the tools learnt during the workshop.
The workshop is a limited seating event for 18 fabulous women that will take place on Saturday October 10th, 2015 from 11:30am until 3:30pm.

Kwavi Agbeyegbe is a Certified Weight Loss & Lifestyle Coach that specializes in weight loss and healthy living for smart high-achieving women over the age of 40.  She is also an International Motivational Speaker. 
Kwavi uses group and one-on-one programs to coach her clients. She has has more than 25 years of experience helping women transform their lives and bodies.
At the foundation of her work as a speaker and a Lifestyle Coach , Kwavi has a passionate belief that there has to be a deep love for oneself, an intimate and positive relationship has to be cultivated.  She uses her coaching programs to inspire women all over the world to transform their lives and bodies.
She also believes in giving back and works tirelessly to combat childhood obesity. She ran the Chicago marathon in 2012 to raise money for childhood obesity and in 2013 organized a 5K race in collaboration with the Association of Nigerian Physicians in Americas – Georgia Chapter to raise money to combat the childhood obesity epidemic.
Kwavi enjoys helping women all over the world, however her true passion is to educate women, and give them the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions on leading and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. 
She received her B.Sc. in Information Technology from the Thames Valley University in the United Kingdom, and obtained a Masters in Medical Informatics degree from Northwestern University in Chicago. She trained with the Well Coaches School of Coaching; a program endorsed by the American College of Sports Medicine and Harvard University and is a Certified Weight Coach through the Life Coach School.
Kwavi is a wife and mother to 2 young boys. She is an International Health Motivational Speaker, Zumba Instructor and Marathoner.  She has been featured on CBS, NBC , Atlanta Journal Constitution, Best Self and the Huffington Post.
